Fiondella Field

The University of Hartford baseball program plays on campus at Fiondella Field. The field is located adjacent to Al-Marzook Field (the home of soccer, lacrosse and field hockey) as part of the beautifully-designed outdoor athletic complex. The field's construction moved the Hawks back on campus for the first time since the 1985 season. The field has bleacher seating for 1,000 guests, with additional standing room viewing bringing the total capacity to 1,500.

The complex was re-constructed and re-opened on March 29, 2006, when the Hawks beat UMass 6-2. The facility includes in-ground dugouts, batting cages, and two bullpens. The outdoor athletics complex also features an all-purpose building, which houses restrooms and a concession stand. Fiondella Field plays host to numerous high school and summer league games throughout the year.
