The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) has announced its 2009-10 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll, where the University of Hartford women’s basketball team ranked 23rd in the entire nation on the NCAA Division I list. The America East Conference has chosen the University of Hartford as host for its 2011 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships to be held on March 3-6. Just months removed from the first-ever combined men’s and women’s championship, the conference Athletic Directors chose to build off the momentum created from this past year and once again hold the tournament in Hartford.
